The Chilkats present their brand new album "LIVE AT BLUES BALTICA" on 18.03.24 - with 8 original tracks (recorded live at the Bluesfest in Eutin in May 2023), which will also be released in 2024 via Blues Note Records!

The Jump Blues Quartet from the Waterkant has been on stage in Germany and nearby countries since 2015, carrying tradition with them but always focusing on their own sound.

The Chilkats have been impressing audiences with their unmistakable jazzy swing blues and jump blues for many years.

An authentic performance in sound and appearance provides the special feeling of the 50s and 60s and brings a smile to everyone's face. Musically, they skillfully incorporate the influences of Chicago, New York and New Orleans style and give the songs written by frontman Hendrik Frommhold himself the right driving rhythm. You get the feeling that they were written right in the era of jump blues.
